Yes! You can cancel up to 24 hours before your class, and your session credit will be returned to your package. Please note that late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session credit being forfeited.
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before class to check in and settle in. While we offer a 10-minute grace period after class begins, we’re unable to admit late arrivals beyond that to keep everyone safe and the session flowing smoothly. Missed classes or late cancellations will result in the session credit being forfeited.

To keep our studio space clean and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that food stays in the lobby or lounge area. Feel free to enjoy a snack there before or after class.
